Structure

While they primarily operate in splinter cells, some cells are higher up in the hierarchy than others. All cells answer to the Ssu-Ling. Corrupted sehashi always have higher ranks than non-sehashi.

Agenda

They're a group that will do anything to destroy the universe as we know it. They plan to do this by finding and releasing the Ssu-Ling, reigniting the Great War.

It's generally believed that the Lords of Chaos named themselves as such but the name was in fact give to them by the Ssu-Ling.

Assets

They have the ability to taint a person on contact. If nothing is done about it, corruption will start to consume that person's soul and they will become one of them. They can corrupt civilian and sehashi alike and have both working on their side.

History

This group came into existence during the The Great War when the rogue sehashi corrupted civilians to their cause. The name was attached to those who specifically served the Ssu-Ling, though they had instructions to obey the other rogues. There was a large number of them; even after the war there were difficulties trying to sort out and identify them all. Not all of them were found and over time they converted others to their cause. They’ve spent the time since the war trying to find the keys and the location in which a door can be opened to allow the Ssu-Ling re-entry into this dimension.

Lords of Chaos are divided into small cells. The idea is that they can move around more easily if they are in small groups. There are several small cells on each world known to have sehashi (past, present, or both).
