Jackabits only have only one natural predator in the wild and that's the griarot. They defend themselves by biting, kicking and running away.
They're also susceptible to a few gastrointestinal disorders.
Biological Traits
Bucks reach their maturity at 3 years of age while does reach it in their second year. Each doe can have up to two live offspring.
Genetics and Reproduction
Jackabit bucks reach their full maturity at age 3. Does mature earlier in their second year.
Dietary Needs and Habits
Jackabits are herbivores, primarily subsisting on plants and grasses. They're quite large and so need a large amount of food each day to sustain them.
Domestication
This species is primarily domesticated and there aren't may wild populations. The Jacknights of Becina use them as mounts.
Geographic Origin and Distribution
Primarily in Becina but range as far north as central Thauland.
Average Intelligence
They posses moderate intelligence and are trainable.
