History

In order to learn the truth of the Civil War between the tash kireil and the raishuten, one would need to access the central archives on either Kinshei or Raiven. Only Starwind, High Queen Kinyairi of Kinshei, Grand Duchess Shaldura of Raiven, or the Raishuten sehashi called Oilra has access. The Boneku on Shurbeinu also has access as per the agreement after the civil war. Oilra is the most senior raishuten sehashi, having achieved Hero status. If Shaldura’s heir were a sehashi she would have access and priority over Oilra, but that’s not the case. Starwind has access as she’s both a guardian and High Queen Kinyairi’s heir.
