History: Before moving to Gehenna City, her family lived on Earth. Her parents were both research scientists studying marine life off the coast of British Columbia. She was mostly left to her own devices as her parents trusted her to behave herself.

At the age of 13, she was contacted by a woman that called herself Inana. It was Inana who woke Tahirah to her powers and started her down the path of the sehashi. She divided her time between school and trying to keep a group of people known as the Sirens from accomplishing their goals. By the time she managed to defeat them, her grades had dropped so far that her parents finally noticed that things were not all right with her. They sent her to see medical professionals but they couldn't help her. It wasn't like she could tell them that the cause of her moods was stress from fighting supernatural enemies. Things were clearly not getting better, so when an opportunity came up to join one of the research teams in Gehenna City, her parents jumped at the chance, hoping that a fresh start would help her.
