Inhabited by a subtype of kairyyl that didn’t make the migration with everyone else, choosing instead to stay behind and protect their home. They have wings like those of a kairyyl karshe and they have blue skin. Their hair is universally white. Their feet are clawed, but they only have two toes. They have faces like a human’s, but with long pointed ears.

They don’t have any individual jobs. There is no one member of the group that specializes in anything. There is a leader, but that leader changes as the need arises, and it’s always a female. If a task needs to be done, there is no one person that does it.

Say that food is running low. Say that fishing needs to be done. In a typical community, there are specific people who have the skill to go fishing. Every individual takes a turn at that task. Some have more success than others, but they all take their turn
