Path of the Warrior
Qualifications
Their skills in magic, while still fairly strong, aren't as good as their skills with their sword and other weapons. Their magic is used to supplement their weapons work. After the reformation of the Sisterhood, this Path permits members from both genders. The ranks on this Path are the same for each of the four elements.
Ranks
Cadet
The Sister they trained under or the Grandmaster herself promotes someone to this rank. A Cadet takes only one student at a time and might only train one in their time as a Cadet. The most a Cadet usually trains is 7. They also go abroad, looking for students.
Specialist
These are promoted from among the Cadets. A Cadet is raised up for one of various reasons: a great deed performed, a great work done for the Sisterhood, they are judged worthy of the rank or they are powerful enough to belong to that rank. Their duties are aiding the Adepts and sending Cadets off to wander. They may sometimes take on a student, but it isn't common.
Adept
These men and women are promoted from among the ranks of the Specialists. On this Path, this is the highest rank they can attain, though few do. They serve as the disciplinary force in their element and will often employ Specialists in aiding them in this task.
