While it tends to be known as Mothdrop Lake, this name doesn't appear on any official map. This large lake near the [[Mothdrop Peaks]] has no name listed anywhere and neither does the woodland to the east. Cartographers have searched for centuries to try and determine if either of these locations have ever had a formal name but have yet to turn up anything. Locals insist on calling it Mothdrop Lake regardless of what the cartographers have to say about it.
