==Appearance==
Most Kal'tresh'nal have a darker skin tone, but those who prefer to live in the underwater cities are noticeably paler.<br>
While they posses wings, they aren't like those of a bird. They're covered in a thin layer of fur and can be used to fly, but are mostly used to propel them through the water.<br>
They developed the ability to breathe underwater, though they can only do so for so long before they need to surface again.

They prefer their mysticism over technology, though that's not to say that they shun technology. They rely on it to keep their cities from being crushed by the weight of the oceans and to keep them afloat.<br>

The kal’tresh’nal seem to be a very physically intimate people to outsiders, but they fail to see why outsiders place such importance on something like kissing or more… intimate contact.<br>

Traditionally, they have three names. <br>
The first is their public name. Known as their Sky name, this name is as changeable as their personality. It's the name everyone knows them by. Changing your Sky name is a big deal.<br>
Second is their Heart name, the secret name that their mothers give them at birth. This name is said to have power over them and is kept secret, told only to someone they trust.<br>
The third name, the Soul name, is a name they seek out for themselves when they come of age. It's found through quiet meditation. This name encompasses all that they are and is almost never told to anyone.<br>
To know all of a person's names is to have supreme power over them.<br>
