Valley Preschool, Elysium Valley High
History: He’s known Kousei and Yan since they were in preschool. Teir is a name his mother made up. She gave it to him because she liked the sound of it. Because it sounds so similar to the name Terry, he tells people it means the same thing (ruler of the people).<br>
Teir is left handed.
His mother is Sioux and her name is Shayden Arcand. Teir uses his father’s last name. He’s Metis by birth. His dad passed away when he was young. He doesn’t really remember him and his mom doesn’t have a lot of pictures of him around. It’s really only just been the two of them. They moved to Elysium Valley just before he started preschool and they’ve been there ever since.
