Editing Shining Light Academy (section)

==Location==
Neorise is a small town located on a neutral planet in orbit around a brown dwarf star. It was created specifically to cater to the needs of the academy and its cadets but has grown a bit more since then. 
It’s not the only town on the planet, but it is the only one cadets are permitted to go to. Once a cadet has formally enrolled at the academy, they aren’t permitted outside the boundaries of Neorise unless participating in activity studies and under the supervision of an instructor. This is for the safety of the cadets as well as for the safety of the locals.<br>
