Rescher's Syndome

This is a potentially fatal disease that causes numerous detrimental effects to many organs, especially the brain and liver, as well as causing hypoglycemia. It's similar to Reye’s Disease and some scientists believe it to be a mutated form of it.
Transmission & Vectors
There is presently no known single cause of the ailment.
Treatment
While the symptoms can be treated, there is no known cure.
Prognosis
Stage I |
o Persistent, heavy vomiting that is not relieved by eating |
Stage II |
o Stupor caused by minor brain inflammation o Hyperventilation |
Stage III |
o Continuation of Stage I and II symptoms o Possible coma |
Stage IV | o Deepening coma o Large pupils with minimal response to light |
Stage V |
o Very rapid onset following stage IV o Deep coma |
