The current lord is Vasham Nathik. As he has no sons, his eldest daughter Nalanda will succeed him. Given Vasham's age, that will most likely be sooner rather than later.

Defenses

This is one of the few places in Telvan that has anything resembling a navy. It's a relatively new addition to the town following a raid by opportunistic Dovalians. Lord Vasham brought Jiinalese sailors--at great cost--to teach his people how to build and operate ships. One of those sailors decided to stay rather than return to Jiinal, stating that he preferred the southern climate.

Geography

Port Alyen sits on the eastern coast of Telvan. As the bird flies, it's nearly a straight line from here to Andalosh. The road between the two, however, is anything but straight.
